Damaged Lid and Poor Customer Service

I purchased this grill more than a month ago. The lid is dented; I phoned the Customer Service number as detailed in the booklet. Since then, I have been told it's on it's way but the folks at the end of the Toll Free Number can't tell me anything as they are in California. There is no number for Canadians. I have tried contacting the store where I bought it and they tell me to contact Vermont Castings. I have yet to use it and I fear I have missed my deadline to return it. I can't seem to get any resolution. I have asked the California people where I can escalate the issue but have not had a reply. Very unsatisfied.

Don't waste your money

Same as other review, after being on for almost 1 hours the temperature barely reach 400 and that in perfect weather condition. If it's a little cold or windy, good luck to reach 350. It's not a BBQ it's a warming plate. I'm very disappointed and will be be buying a different brand this summer.

Ne chauffe pas

Je me suis servi de ce bbq 2 fois, aprs 1 heure, la temprature tait seulement 400 degr. je suis trs du de mon achat. Il m'a cout 1000$ avec les taxes. Si c'tait possible je le retournerais.

Big heavy paperweight.

I bought this thinking it was gas, but my bad so no big deal. Ill give it a go cause it looks very well built. However. I have never seen a bbq take so long to warm up. I get its an electric but still. 45 mins laster at its barly at 350. I even times at tries for stick my propane tourch in there to heat up but still doesnt stay hot enough. Well built but waste of my money. Can wait to write vermont castings. They should stop kaming them all together
